Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipments are fulfilled via third-party courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery Timeline: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may be impacted by courier delays, weather conditions, operational constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

  • Currently, Manwaar ships across India only.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link (Airway Bill / AWB) via SMS or email.

  • You can use this link to track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s platform.

  • If required, Manwaar can share the airway bill details to help you follow up with the courier partner.

Courier Partner Responsibility & Liability

  • Shipping is handled entirely by third-party courier services.

  • Any delivery-related issues not associated with the product itself, including but not limited to:

    • Parcel being left unattended or outside the delivery address

    • Delivery attempted but not received due to recipient unavailability

    • Courier misrouting, delay, or handling issues

    are the responsibility of the courier partner and not Manwaar.

  • However, we will assist you by providing tracking details, airway bill information, and support to help you raise concerns with the courier partner where possible.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner operational issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Weather conditions, strikes, or natural events

While Manwaar is not liable for delays beyond our control, we will always try to assist you in resolving shipping concerns.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate at checkout.

  • Manwaar is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect customer-provided details.

Damaged or Missing Packages (Product-Related Only)

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

We will review the issue and take appropriate action as per our policy.
